We’re looking for creative thinkers who are excited by and committed to serving in defense of their country. While a defense or information technology background is often preferred, it isn’t required for all positions. What’s most important is that you’re comfortable working in whitespace and turning a potential solution to a complex problem into reality.
This means you must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, while also being able to collaborate with the team across our different product units as customer requirements demand. Much of our job involves figuring out how to do something that hasn’t been done before, and you must be comfortable taking the lead in these situations.
For project managers specifically, we are seeking individuals with 8-10 years of experience managing projects within or across the defense community who are excited for their next growth opportunity.
