Terms of Use
The terms that govern use of perfecta.com, including automated access by search engines and AI agents.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of perfecta.com (the “Site”), operated by Perfecta Federal, LLC (“Perfecta”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
2. License to use the Site
Perfecta grants you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for its intended purpose. You may view and print Site content for your own internal use, with all copyright and proprietary notices intact. Any other use, including redistribution or commercial use, needs our written permission.
3. Automated access
Search engines, AI assistants and other automated agents may read and index the publicly available pages of the Site in accordance with our robots.txt and llms.txt files, and may quote or summarize them with attribution to Perfecta. Automated agents may not submit forms or requests, or overload the Site.
4. Your obligations
You must be at least 18 years old, and the information you give us must be true, accurate and complete. You must comply with all applicable laws, including U.S. export control and sanctions laws, when you use the Site or anything you obtain from it.
5. Products, quotes and briefs
Information on the Site is general and is not an offer or a contract. Every request for a quote, brief or data sheet is subject to Perfecta's review and acceptance, restricted-party and end-use screening, and Perfecta's terms of sale. We may decline any request for any lawful reason.
6. Export control
Perfecta products, software and technical data may be subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. You may not export, re-export or transfer them except as those regulations permit.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, interfaces, photographs, code and the selection and arrangement of content, are owned by Perfecta or its licensors. Perfecta, Ascalon, Perfecta Incus, DeckPunch, Labyrinth, Lantern, Tirade, Pataka, Fulcrum, G-Money, Orca, EdgeCon and the associated logos are trademarks of Perfecta Federal, LLC. Nothing on the Site grants a license to use them.
8. Security of the Site
You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or Perfecta systems; circumvent security or authentication; interfere with the Site; or collect information about other users. Unauthorized access may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and other laws. To report a vulnerability, email contact@perfecta.com.
9. Third-party links
Links to third-party sites, including articles in our reading lists, are provided for convenience. Perfecta doesn't control or endorse those sites.
10. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. PERFECTA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, PERFECTA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
